Lumora is a pure subscription service billed in USD. This policy explains how to cancel, when refunds apply, and how we handle results you're not happy with.
01Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@chaoldpho.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Unused monthly generation quota does not roll over and is not refundable.
02Renewals
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Your invoices are available on request.
03Refunds
- As digital content delivered immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented generation, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
- Where a mandatory consumer right to a refund applies in your jurisdiction, we honour it.
04Not happy with a result
Portraits are AI-generated and outcomes vary. If a set does not meet your brief, re-generation is free within your monthly allowance — send us the brief and reference angles and we will help you get a better result before considering a refund.
05How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original Stripe payment method in USD. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
