Are these real photographs?+
No. Lumora produces AI-synthesized images generated from your brief and reference selfies. Results are stylised portraits and may differ from your real appearance. They are not photographs and are not a licensed photography service.
Can I use these for a passport or visa?+
No. Official identity documents require genuine, unretouched photographs to a legal specification. Lumora output must not be used for passports, visas, driver licences or any document that requires a true photograph.
Whose photos can I upload?+
Only your own face, or the face of someone who has given you written consent. Uploading anyone else's likeness without consent is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.
What happens to my uploads?+
Face images are treated as sensitive biometric data. They are processed only to generate your portraits, are never used to train models, and are deleted after 30 days — or immediately when you delete them.
Is this a subscription?+
Yes. Snapshot is free, Portrait is $18/month and Studio is $69/month, billed in USD via Stripe. Yearly billing is 20% off. There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances.
