You keep all ownership of the selfies and reference photos you upload. You grant CHARLOTTE OLDMAN PHOTOGRAPHY LIMITED a limited, revocable licence to process and transform them solely to generate your portraits and deliver the service. We do not use them to train models or for any other purpose.

Subject to your plan and to these policies, you may use the portraits we generate for you — for profiles, websites, decks and social media. The Studio plan adds a commercial usage licence for business and brand use.

• Your rights are conditional on complying with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You must not present generated images as authentic photographs where that would mislead.
• You must not use output for identity documents (see the AI Disclaimer).
• Free Snapshot previews may carry a watermark and are for evaluation only.

The Lumora name, site design, and sample imagery on this site remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
